Located along Ndege Road in the leafy suburb of Karen, this bespoke private residential development showcases striking contemporary architecture built for Dr. Jane Mumbi Chuma. The project scope involves extensive reinforced concrete structural works, daring cantilevered upper-level box projections, architectural feature stone cladding, and a dramatic double-height living room anchored by a monumental stone fireplace tower and sculptural circular moongate portal. Works include full roofing installations, panoramic aluminium glazing, architectural plastering and gypsum bulkheads, MEP services, and coordinated landscaping integration supervised by MG&M Architects and Oville Associates.
